Coffee Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Soy milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds meal
  • 1 cup Coffee, strong (freeze in ice cube tray ahead of time)
  • 1 cup Kale *Optional

Easy way to boost nutritional value: add 1 cup kale to the mix! You won't taste it and you won't regret it! :)
