Mom to: Peyton (currently 17 months old)

How did you first get introduced to Fit4Mom? When Peyton was 3 months old we were pretty desperate to get out of the house and meet other mamas. I started looking online and found the facebook group for Fit4Mom. We joined as part of an April 2016 special that Amber was doing and we LOVED it! We've barely missed a day since!

What made you want to become an instructor? I'm not exaggerating when I say that Fit4Mom changed my life. It made such a huge difference to be surrounded by this awesome group of women who supported and helped me on this new journey I was beginning as a mom. They have truly helped me to become a better mom, wife and person. And while it is the tribe of women that may be the most important, fitness is the vehicle that brings us all together and gives us this opportunity to grow as people. I became an instructor because I want to be someone who bring moms together and helps them realize their strength!

What are you most looking forward to as an instructor? I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to challenge these moms! I'm excited to come up with new ways to motivate them and push them past where they thought possible. I truly want them to understand their own "strength in motherhood."

Favorite exercise that you do? Running! I'm a glutton for punishment. Otherwise, my favorite exercise is banded v-sits with bicep curls.

What is your favorite non-kid workout song that gets you moving? Wake Me Up by Avicii
